Brawn was created from a laboratory in the UK--he was originally going to be used as a bio-weapon for the British military, but since there has not been any actual wars happening, Brawn got lazy very quickly which led him to gain immense amounts of weight. There was an accident in which Brawn sat on one of the scientist's laps without noticing, causing the scientist to end up with a broken pelvis. A month after the accident, Brawn was given to an American scientist. Brawn now lives in the same hospital that Sparkles lives in, they've seemed to get along quite quickly.
