3177? where did that go? the hat? the texture is kick ass, but way to many tris. you can easely go down 1500.

You right. Style is not corresponds to FF3. I tried to create texture in style Radiata Stories and Dark Cloud2. Its similar Kingdome Hearts.

the only place where i can see the alpha being used is on the feather... that's a picture of a real feather. maybe give the boots some more faces on the bottom... check the normals on the hair. This is SOO cute. Great model and texture. Will someone else animate it?

it's a very good deviation; that's why it got a daily deviation. btw low poly is a good thing, you know that. so you will be the one to animate it??? if so, how exciting.

is there any way i can see a mesh screenshot for this? id like to see what it looks like with the texture off. i love how smooth everything is, and the texture is amazing! i love all the tiny details in the metalwork of the buckles and the boots and the clothing.
im literally drooling (or just about) over the details in this model, great job!
