Did this last night. Not much I can say about this.This is a sculpture that used to stand in a park not far from my house. From what I've heard, it's been shipped to a buyer in Japan.
I never saw it in person, so I used a photo of it as a reference. Done with ink.
Update: This is drawn only out of dots.

Pointalism.... wow. I haven't seen pointalism in a long time.
I like this a lot. It has a surreal quality that makes it really appealing. The composition is spot on as well.

Very nice use of pointillism.. and quite fitting for the subject matter, since the texture is kinda reminiscent of a rough surfaced sculpture.. like sandstone or something.

The stippling is very fine....and fortunately your scan doesn't seem to have affected the quality of art. (I hate scanning my stippled art--it never looks as good after.)

i love that stippled texture, it's great!
really really good rendering of the form, not that i've seen the sculpture, but... it feels real!
i like the way it plays with gravity and balance as well, it really holds your eye on the form.
