This guy was an American traveling through Europe and trying to make a few extra Euros by playing some tunes on his guitar. The only problem, he never actually played a song. The fifteen minutes I watched him, he would play a few bars of some tune and then mess it up. He would curse softly to himself, and start a few bars of another song, then mess up again. I think stopping in Amsterdams coffeeshops may have smoked away his ability to play.
