This is after the fight of Ayanami against the sparkle butterfly biatch (Thanks Bakugou).

Ayanami is now on the hospital after he lost his sight. Tamaki and Paris are visiting him in his room, but knowing that Tamaki need some private talk with Ayanami, she decided to leave them alone. Tamaki didn't want to believe that his lover has maybe lost his sight permanently. But one thing is clear : he wants to pay back the Insane villain : Ib for hurting him.
