OK, so this is how it works:

You must draw a pony picture in each given space.
The FIRST panel is for your OC pony, and its standard race.
The SECOND-THIRD-FOURTH panels are for you to draw your OC as the other races. In example, if your OC is a Unicorn, you would draw your OC as an earth pony, a pegasus and an alicorn (standard piny size).
The FIFTH panel is for you to draw something horrific. You can be silly and draw something horrific comedy wise, or you can draw something like an Eldritch abomination ^^
Finally, the LAST panel is for you to draw your OC as a royal alicorn (Celestia sized alicorn) and give them a prince/princess name.

Well, first off you have to download the image by clicking "Download Image" on the right.

Then, open it up in whatever art program you use and Draw away
