well I was commissioned to do this piece by CrimsonMight I sincerely hope he likes it as well as any one else who looks at this piece. Bassically issue 9 was the last really great fathom comic in my opinion, after that things started going down hill as far as the art is concerned until ultimately resulting in the decimation of the franchise by various artists working for Aspen MLT. So to me this piece represents a fond farewell to my days of drawing Fathom since bassically I learned to draw useing the first 9 issues of the series. I can remmeber many days of sitting in the commons at my community college looking at issue 5 and using it as reference so I could learn to draw. and I remmeber wishing to God that I could draw and color something like this, and now that I can....... I am loving it. but it reminds me of all the hard work I put in to get to where I am today, and it also reminds me of all the work I still have ahead of me. so farewell to my fathom days, alot of good memories there. enjoy one and all.Related content

I only own the first 4 Fathom comics because it seems to be hard to get them in germany. But I think I just don't know the right shop to by them. To me it's nice to read that you wanted to learn something and that you tried hard and that you reached your goal. Your drawing and especially your coloring style is amazing. I love it ! 
I hope that you will reach all you other goals and I bet if you try to reach them with the same effort you will make it !

You do fantastic work. It was fun to hear your back story on your artistic path. You colors are outstanding, I have alot of it as favorites and others you have sent me during different conversations on IM.
I am compelled to say though that your line work is not as good as issue 9 or other art Turner has done at a high level. Will you achive that, with out a doubt. I personally cant wait to see it.
Obviously a big fan of your work I hope you keep working hard at it. There are some anatomy issues, more so with the facial structure of your work. It comes with time. I know I continulally work at it.
My largest compliment to you is how you have attacted both ends of the spectrum, color and line work. You do it will grace and charm, keep it up and someday I hope to read a comic with your art.
One that blows away issue nine. That day will come, and your art will be ready then.
Good piece. Great Butt, and the trasparent water. It looks off compaired to how you aproached the other water. Almost like another liquid. Def. a fav though.

^^ It would appear the good Lord heard your cries, that it would. You have a lot of skill, and I admire your aboslute determination to always reach for higher levels in your artistic ability. I have to say that the right face looks a little off, but the rest looks awesome. i love the comment you gave to it, i got the same thing only im using your art as well as mikes but try to keep some things my own style. Incredible coloring as always.
