to be honest? yes, nice, but not very intuitive and to tell the truth slows the work because color set for each icon is always the same

in simple words: nice design but sucks in functionality

You need a program for windows called a dock, RK Launcher or RocketDock or Y'z Dock or Objectdock will all do fine
