This tutorial had previously been featured in the Magic Week , during the first week of November 2020. But the DA staff decided to bring it back as part of the "How to Draw" tutorial series to give to the artists a chance to get a new badge for their profile and also fantastic resources to improve your artistic skills.

So I decided to present the same practice with fire that I did on that occasion, but that I had only shown through a status update, without uploading it to my gallery yet (until now).

It was my first time drawing fire using this technique and I love the result!

---------------

Made in Photoshop CS5. I took the liberty of mixing up some texture filters to get a better fire effect.
