It's like the pride of a narsisic scar that generate false desires, the desire to go up at all cost on a very vertical and costing path to avoid the very desire one may be entertaining because at the end one knows its only ego.
You must go down, fall and/or fail to finally observe it's springs froms very natural, justified and basics needs that can be satified but just not THAT way. Not by betrayal and in the dark rather by acknoledgment and an open thinking process. That vertical scar will create otherwise unecesary doublemindedness.
