(I saw your other Smexy pic. It is okay for him to be hat-less. If you look at Arcanineryu's sheet on Sexual Offenderman, that the hat and tie are optional. But it looks like overtime, that those have become a staple part of his attire to cooperate with the boots and coat. XD)
