Location Found: Only around Power plants and abandon places, she was discovered by Slade, and saved by Raven around a Power plant.

Powers: She is able to collect electricity through her Electric Cuffs around her legs and arms, and store them. When ever she wants to use them through combat, or just to use it, the orbs on her hands glow, and her Metal nails is able to let her shoot them at a long distant range of 950 km. She is also able to short-circuit anything that would run on electricity.

Background Information: Power Plant is an orphan, and was told to hold great power by an unknown figure in a black cloak. Sadly, the only time she sees this figure with the black cloak, is when she's alone, with no one else around her.
