This is /not/ a base. the base belongs to Chaostrical . This is a wip. I've taken measures to make it pretty impossible to edit. (unless you trace it but thats still not)Not sure which character to do with this, which i way i stopped. any suggestions? (might even do a friend's oc if they asked)
If the base owner says it's okay to upload as a base, I will. But since I'm not going to ask her that seems unlikely.
