Sidetable: *with a sleepy, but disappointed sigh* Well, this it. We’ve searched everywhere for the past two weeks. We checked everywhere, at other places, in other universes, and we still can’t find the film…

Sylvia: Our Bonanza’s right around the corner…

Tori: It’s goodbye to Sidetable’s Fairytale Adventure with Blue…and hello to The Stanley Parable…

Vernor: *offscreen* Wait! I know where the film is!

Tori: Who said that?

Strutter: I’m not sure, but if there’s nothing left to be done, Adrianna and I are going to order some pizza from Pizza Angel. Do you want any specific flavor?

Sidetable: No. I don’t want a specific flavor. It’s just that…we’ve been working on this fan episode since the December in 2020 and we thought that we could get it out this year at long last, but it turns out that we can’t.

Vernor: *offscreen* BUT WE CAN!

Sylvia: Okay, who is making all that noise?

*Vernor then runs in, still in costume, and is catching their breath*

Vernor: I am. I played Blue’s Clues. I know where the film is. We can release it after all!

Tori: You did?!

Strutter: Where is it?

Vernor: Sidetable, could you please open up your drawer?

*Sidetable does so. Once it’s fully open, Vernor lowers both of her arms into the drawer before bringing them AND THE FILM out from the drawer. Sidetable soon closes the drawer, looks up, and then gasps when she sees the film*

Sidetable: The film! How did it get inside of me?!

Vernor: I think you fell asleep near the prop table before I arrived, drawer open and everything. After I placed the film on the table, I went to see Tori, but I must’ve bumped the table on my way to Tori, and the movement of the table must’ve been enough to cause the film to fall into your drawer-

Sidetable: And then I woke up with a start! It’s been within me the whole time and no one even checked once!

Vernor: Right! And when I left yesterday, that wasn’t for any reason that I forgot about, unlike what happened on the 13th. That time, I was leaving to get to the Thinking Chair to solve Blue’s Clues.

Tori: So, we are going to have the fan episode release tomorrow after all!

Sidetable: We sure are! I’m going to get in my costume!

Vernor: *handing the film to Strutter* Strutter, get the film to the projector as soon as you can!

Strutter: Will do!

Vernor: Tori, send the word out to the whole city that we’re going to have a watch party here for the film!

Tori: On it, Vernor!

Vernor: This is going to be the best fan episode I have ever completed!

Charlie Big-Foot: So, Sidetable, how does it feel to be the lead in your own fan episode?

Sidetable: I am so excited that I just can’t hide it! In fact, I’m so excited that I don’t want to sleep!

Charlie Big-Foot: I can feel that, but going without sleep can put a negative effect on you. Back when I was growing up in Portugal, I partook in a month-long awake-a-thon. I managed to stay up for 18 days before falling asleep, but I suffered from mood swings, anxiety, hallucinations, I was loopy after a while, I resorted to coffee, had bad health, I used makeup to hide my eye bags, and the biggest thing of all, I was hurting my brain the whole time. One night is fine, but when you keep going without sleep, unless you have magic to keep you sane, you’re going to be messed up by the end of it.

Sidetable: Oh my. I didn’t realize that could happen.

Charlie Big-Foot: I know. Plus, if you have people who care for you, they’re going to worry about you.

Sidetable: Oh my. I don’t want everyone to worry about me. Especially Mailbox. If he senses that I’m not okay, he will stop whatever he’s doing and will comfort me until I’m better. You know what, I’ll heed your advice and not stay up until the release date.

Charlie Big-Foot: What if you forget about my advice?

Sidetable: If I forget about your advice, then you can always try to embarrass me to get back. I don’t mind that, honestly.

Charlie Big-Foot: I hope so.

Sylvia: Ooh. That’s a cool outfit.

Vernor: I thought it was longer.

Sidetable: It originally was, but so it wouldn’t become a tripping hazard, it got shortened…

Vernor: Oh!

Sylvia: I like the shorter look to the dress. And the red ring as a simple crown! It’s amazing!

Sidetable: Thanks Sylvia… It really is a cool design…

Vernor: And Sidetable, do you promise that sometime soon, you’ll get some sleep?

Sidetable: I promise with all of my heart…

Vernor: And…I’m so very sorry about causing the scare in the first place…

Sidetable: It’s okay, Vernor.

Tori: As Mr Salt said once, “It’s always the one you least expect”. We didn’t even expect it to be in Sidetable Drawer, let alone with you causing it to happen, so we didn’t even check.

Sylvia: And besides, out of everything, you were at least able to realize your mistake and apologize. Some autistic people have trouble in that field.

Vernor: Not only autistic people have that type of trouble, but actual neurotypical people have trouble as well. But, you’re right Sylvia. I did realize and made the effort to apologize.
