Description
Now this is a great game! I wasn't to sure about it at first because the first got really old too quick.. Very repetitive. But Assassins Creed II is so much different, it's addictive, enjoyable and impressive!
I just had to make some artwork on it! The first thing that came to my head when brainstorming the scene was a nice high view. It's the best way to portray the game I think, since it's revolved around climbing tonnes of buildings and taking out targets.. I was originally hoping to make him look like an eagle somehow.
The main character Ezio's outfit is awesome too, such an improvement from Altiar's, so it was fun to draw
Anyways enjoy
- Photoshop CS3
- Wacom Graphics Tablet
- 15-17 hours to create I think..

This piece is really great except that the environment doesn't look like renaissance italy.
In fact, it looks almost exactly like one of the cities in the first game, it has some of the same stuff that isn't in ACII such as that dome on the roof and the roof garden things look a bit different.
So yeah, brilliant work but it looks a little like 'Ezio visits Jerusalem'

Beautiful movement and angle. I love how you caught that slow-motion split second before the drop and the ensuing violence.

the way u depict action in a still is very thrilling. there's so much depth and dimension to everything u do. and it has just enough exaggeration to the pose

Man, flow of motion is KILLIN'!!! (no pun intended)
Even without the motion lines you can see where he came from and where he's going.
The pose is beautiful and powerful. I really need to learn to do extreme poses like that.
You just inspired someone!

The last thing to go through the guard's head (other than the obvious joke about twelve inches of steel hurhur)?
"Now why would you climb all that way just to jump off halfway up the...oh S**T!"

awesome pic! i love jumping from high places onto unsuspecting guards and stabbing through the back of their skull! SO much fun.

I am a huge Assassin's Creed fan, and when I say this I was in awestruck. The birds eye view definitely makes the piece a ton better than any other view. I agree that the guard is a tad large, Ezio seems to be really high up from the guard, so the guard being a little smaller would have improved the feeling of the picture. His lack of eyes disturbs me...He would have them open to make sure that he is landing on his victim right, not closed. All in all, good but a couple of things could have been better to make it amazing :/
