Here's just a quick one I did today to get myself back in the mood.It kind of came out of nowhere, I've been playing a little Fallout 3 Game of the year edition and I love coming across these dudes in the wastes.. They are some creepy dudes haha!
It's not in my usual style, no black outlines or colour. Don't worry I'm not heading this way, I just wanted to see what this would be like, and I was just a quicky after all.

I never played that expansion, but I recognize this guy from the screenshots. I was considering getting it when that new expansion came out with the huge enclave base. I really wanted that tesla cannon lol.
