Description
Here's a Vampirella print that I did for my last show. A good friend of mine suggested that I sketch her. I really liked how it came out so I finished it in vector. It was a very limited run so if you are interested in purchasing one, send me a note. Hope you all dig!***Vampirella is the property of Dynamite Entertainment***

OMG your rendition of her is fantastic! She's one of my all time favorites, and I love to see what different people can do with her. Loving this!

It makes me think of a still from Vampirella The Animated Series, if such a thing existed. Very nicely done.

Maybe they should have an animated series and I could do the character designs... I like where this is going...

Nice. Hard to believe that costume was designed by one of the leading feminists in comics, ain't it?

That's pretty crazy. I didn't know that.

Yup, Trina Robbins was sitting in Jim Warren's office when Frank Frazetta called asking what she should look like, as he was about to start on the cover painting. Forrest J. Ackerman was there, as well and described what he wanted (he created her), ideas were pitched back and forth and she sketched out the costume, which was slightly more modest than what Frazetta painted, but only slightly.
If I remember correctly, the story was in The Comic Book Artist or DRAW! a few years ago, and I think they even had the sketch.

Vampirella looking very hot and the skull looking somewhat bewildered as if to say "Waaaait a minute!" Fantastic work

She looks great Finch. Hmmm....I wonder what would happen if you drew an ugly style character, like ren and stimpy or rocko's modern life?

I think it'd be intresting to see them. your work is typically pretty/smokin hot to look at, it'd be nice to see you out of your usual element.
