it is a hot, dry world but the lack of major bodies of water and the weak temperature regulation allow the formation of permarost on the poles. Most of the planet's moisture is trapped in the ground and gets assobed by the great jungles occupying the tropics. Its inhabitants have reached the equivalent of an iron age and have developped unique cultural identities.
