I just wanted to draw Noelle in both of her forms since she is one of the easier deltarune characters for me to draw. Since she is very close to a normal cute girl. Didn't mean to go all snowgravey or whatever (i have not played it but i've watched my brother play some of it). Shes cute i hope nothing bad happens to her [[menacing grin]]
