Description
Iris & Panda, from the great 7th Doctor audio story "Muse of Fire". It's set in 1920s Paris, so it seemed appropriate to bring the flapper-ish costume I designed for the cover of "Whatever Happened to Iris Wildthyme" out of mothballs.
