It's easy to make! You just need a pícture of Shoop-da-Whoop and the "Lens Flare" effect from Photoshop (in the Filter → Render menu)

Yeah, open the Photoshop, get a (big) pic of Shoop-da-Whoop, select the background, color it black, then go to Filter → Render → Lens Flare and make the effect inside of his mouth. I would send you the original file but... I lost it
