Uh oh! Looks like Katie was so engrossed in her role playing she didn't notice the new resident sneaking up behind her.A giant ambush spider!
She had no warning before it grabbed her and quickly started spinning a filmy layer of webbing around her body. Katie tried to resist but the spider was too fast, and before she knew it she was helplessly dangling off the floor in a tight inescapable cocoon.
Luckily for her the ambush spider doesn't bite humans. It only sees them as intruders in their space that need to be "immobilized". Now that Katie was "immobilized" the spider left her to hunt for mice and rats, it's main food source.
