Showdown Bandit, one of the projects announced by Kindly Beast last year, had its first episode of the game released today, on September 17th, 2019.
And today, we celebrate the cowboy puppet’s one year anniversary.

This was a game I was REALLY excited about since the first teaser was released, and when fans were calling it as Project Howdy.
As much as episode 1 had some problems, I still like the game (or in this case,episode 1), and many times that I remember this game,a wave of nostalgia really hits me (yes, nostalgia for a game that was announced and had epiosode 1 launched a year ago)

As much as we haven't heard from this game for a year, and the last thing we heard came from Mike Mood saying that they will return to develop the game after BatDR is complete (and that was in December 2019) and with the "black-out "from KindlyBeast this year, I still have hopes that this game can return one day.

The concept of this game is very interesting, and has a lot of potential, and with some polish, this game can turn out be very good.

And to celebrate the launch of the first episode of this game, I bring you an art that I made a while ago.
And when I say, a while ago, I mean last year. (yeahhhhh)
I had done this at the time that Ep.1 launched, and I wanted to post it at that time to celebrate the launch of the game.
And guess what? I never posted it. And since today is SB's 1 year anniversary, I thought it was time to finally post this.

This basically explains why my artstyle is a little different in this picture. Maybe in the future I'll redo this art, who knows.

But yeah,happy birthday Showdown Bandit!

And yes, I will also talk more about Showdown Bandit eventually. In fact I have one or two fanarts to post yet, AND, I have plans for an AU of mine eventually. Some concepts are being worked on,and this AU is going to have a great connection with the Toon City Adventures AU, but that I will eventually talk about this in the future.
