The proportions and design looks great. I love how the helmet looks. The cape looks great, I love how torn and folded it looks. I love how the pants look, it's very rare to have superheroes have a pair of pants on the outside of their costume (if he is a superhero). I love the design of the boots and how it has bumps on them.
Do you do tutorials at all? I mean I'd like to draw as well as this. Also the description says that this is a public domain character so can I use it? I just want to be sure since I'm never really sure of anything ^^U.
