Screech

Screech's mask contains a device which amplifies and modifies his voice to create a "sonic scream". He can produce this scream over a wide range of frequencies for various effects, including; creating shockwaves, shattering objects and overwelming/incapacitate opponents. Screech can also use his scream to allow him to fly and his costume includes underarm wings that help him glide on air currents created by his own sonic waves.

He is a member of my superhero team, THE PARLIAMENT.
