I think I like this image better than the other shot of her. The eyes are more powerful in this one and the lighting around the face helps emphasize the retro styling.
Great skin tones. Highlights are nice but the ear might benefit from a slight burn. I would probably pull the exposure down half a stop and layer it on top of your correct exposure, then mask the rest of the image and paint a little of it on the ear.
The hand on the hip looks a bit unnatural but not enough to pull too much of my attention away from her face. It kind of keeps my eye dancing around.
