Plot: In the fourth episode, Rooty learns to learns to become an entrepreneur by opening up his own arcade called, "Rooty'z Official Arcade!", in order to run business. The arcade is basically a 100-stadium-long building resembling a world full of fun; video games, snack stops, eateries, movies, etc., and on top of that, it never closes. Al, disguised as a businessman, wants to buy the arcade from Rooty, in order to destroy his newly constructed reputation. But Rooty smells something fishy and knew that whatever it was, this cat was up-to-no- good. One day, when he has Antonio Anaconda manage in undisguised, and declares the stadium to be his, as he shows his fake bid to Antonio. Not knowing anything about a bid to buy the place, he calls up Rooty. Rooty is deep asleep, and does not hear the phone ringing. Now that Al is in control of the business, in an attempt to rename the arcade "Al's All-Arcader!, a pun for his name", he's making profit under Rooty's name. The next day, as Rooty finally returns to his arcade, he sees that the letters on the building have been removed and changed to 'Al's All-arcader!". He goes in to find out what going on, and is surprised to see Al taking his position as business manager. Rooty, angrily, rushes up to Al demanding that he leaves, so he can get his back. Al refuses. So Rooty makes a public announcement through the P.A. telling the customers that Al is a fake bidder and needs to be removed. All of the arcade-goers look at Al, who looks back with shame, and goes for him. Al is, then, jumped by the crowd, and in no time, is thrown out of the property. Rooty is finally able to get his seat back on the back. The money that was stolen was given back to him, and Al is imprisoned for fraudulent activity.
