The war against XANA isn't over. It had just begun. After defeating him a second time, the Warriors continue on with their daily lives. However, they did not count on the return of their foe. But, this time, he has returned with a plot that will surely catch them off guard.
As the world spirals down into chaos, XANA is reborn and back with a vengeance. With the help of the Green Pheonix, XANA unleashes his wrath upon the Earth, working with the Pheonix to build a global empire out of France. Everything goes according to plan and, soon, their empire, or the "Great Pheonix Empire", takes control of all of Europe and soon spreads its influence across the planet, annexing country after country.
The Warriors evaded his new empire and flee to the United States, which is in the same state as the rest of the world. However, when things couldn't get much worse, the GPE launches an assault on the US, detonating an EMP weapon over the nation. Soon, the GPE occupy half of the United States. As the GPE rips through the country, Aelita Hopper and her husband, Jeremy, try to hide out in what is known as "Occupied America". Soon, they will be thrusted into a war that can determine the fate of Man and Earth itself.
The epic comic sends the reader into a world where economic disaster meets with bloody war and occupation. Centering on Aelita's experiences during the Occupation, readers will witness the horrors of war and occupation and will also witness an epic journey that will define who she will become.
