Tails is the doctor of the rebellion against Robotnik and he loves to be sarcastic and smug. He's the classic annoying little brother. Formerly he was more upbeat and hyper like we know him, but now that Sonic's been missing for a year, Tails found his own identity. He's turning 15 soon, and wants to make robots that can heal the sick and injured like Robotnik used to do. He's not very mature however, loves to pull pranks, and can be a little cunning and manipulative. He still loves helping others, he just might mess with you every now and then. Got a splinter? Well he could always just cut your finger off. His humor is an attempt to cope with his lost parents he never got to meet, because Tails was an orphan long before Robotnik took over Knothole Kingdom, he lacks having anything to come back to whether or not Robotnik is present in the kingdom, but the people he loves, the people who are his current family, they care. Which is enough to motivate Tails to want to help them take back Acorn Kingdom.
