I think the blur is fine! maybe in black&white could be better... but I don't know It's only a my preference

It`s very nice But I`d say the same thing - I think you should have left more parts in focus, but it`s good this way, too. So we can see something different - your creative decision is right on place well done

I like this shot, black and white is the perfect choice and the composition is excellent but I would have preferred it if his left eye (the one in the light) was more in focus
