Heh...
I've been having fun drawing Sailor Moon fanart And I haven't watched that anime in years... .____.;;This is Sailor Chibi Chibi Moon ^_^ I think she was the cutest Sailor senshi of the bunch, too bad they never translated the Sailor Stars episodes... u_u;;
Anyway, I kinda like how the pose came out on this...the proportions are a bit off, and the coloring is kinda bugging me...*tilts head* something about it is really bugging me...maybe all the red? I dunno

This is so hilarious, she could totally take over the powerpuff girls and dominate easily...melt their faces with sugar and cuteness. It's nothing to dwell on, you filled the background and the composition makes it look like a nice finished piece.
And as for the translations, they translated everything some time ago, they just didn't dub it over..which is probably for the better. The original cast with subtitles is much much better, you can understand the plots without having the redneck blubber about sexuality and gender that some of the American write ups make it out to be. love is love who cares about the details eh? But umm enough babble from me, go on creating fanart you do it very well!

i think what's bugging you is the hair itself. the shadows seem off in the hair.
i understand your frustration. i tried to do a chibi-chibi sculpture back in high school, in full 3-D.

They didn't dub the last season because they didn't want Americans thinking it was...like...humble. But, i heard they're selling dubbed dvds. I don't know whether they're official dubs or fan subs, but, that's what I heard.
