This is Mew Satou, which means Sugar...and she is a combination of a snow leopard and a cloven-feathered dove.
heh...
i didnt work very hard on this pic...just wanted to make a TMM character...i hope someday there is a manga about a white kitten angel girl 
tried to attempt Mia Ikumi's style...but im not good at it...

Mew Satou + part bird + part cat = 's character. It wasn't common at all before she showed up, and Kuroneko Satou/Mew Satou is a Kokoro character, therefore making her well-known and allowing ripoffs to be made.

Great pic, but you do realise cloven-feathered dove's have GREEN wings, not white as you have depicted on Mew Sugar - either you should find a dove with white wings or that was a mistake in colour!
