Been busy for me lately, sorry I've been neglecting my DA >< This is a wallpaper I made for my boyfriend for Christmas, but I thought posting it now would fit the Valentine's Day mood.I haven't finished FF4, and it's been so long since I started. I tried to go for an Amano dreamy kind of quality, but I think ended drifting more towards Nomura's rendition. (from Dissidia) Tbh I wish I could have time to draw and paint a whole grip of FF characters. The character designs in those games are still phenomenal to this day for me. They're a huge impact on my art!
It's supposed to look like Rosa's casting white magic, but I dunno. Hope you guys enjoy, and I'll start posting regularly again!

It's a wonder that Cecil doesn't hurt anyone (or himself) with all of the pointy bits on his armor. Or...maybe he HAS hurt people with it? Seems good for a nice tackle or an elbow drop.
No sense in dwelling on it, though. This art is super sick.
