Seek your tutorials elsewhere, good people of deviantart, and heed not this weeaboo garbage.

it was late and I was tired and my friend linked me to this and said "MUUHHHH THIS LOOKS LIKE ANIME DISLIKE IT WITH ME" so then I went "BRUUUHHHHHH OKAY."

You really shouldn't make assumptions about someone's motivations, or reasons for doing something.
Besides, she's just giving an explanation of the basic shapes that make up a pony. That's the beauty of a tutorial: The goal isn't to adopt the artist's style, it's to adopt what they're trying to teach you.

People can post whatever they want, just like your rant. It's not really weaboo garbage, she sorta doesn't have Japanese culture/style/whatever in it. At least she doesn't say KAWAII + DESU + SUGOI in this tutorial
