Wow, this greatly reminds me of Skinny Puppy's style of flesh-fetishist art. Er, that's what it is on the surface anyhow...'cause I swear if you look deeper, you see gears and all manner of machinations.
Hence, of the expressiveness, the arm as instrument of release; and photomanipulative skill overall, wickedly well done imho. Compellingly creepy.
