Impressive that these anime walk cycles you do are, the movements are very stiff and robotic. Everything from the hips up should bounce up and down some more, for they get raised when one foot is in the air and lowered when both feet are on the ground. The arms could relax by having the elbows bend when the arm swings in front of her, and the head and torso maybe rotate forward a little bit for polishing purposes. That's all under the assumption this is for a basic walk cycle however, and I'm sure it's difficult enough drawing and colouring this out as full blown anime-style lol
