More complex background will be the same price as base.
New key frames, sequence, or alt will be half the price as base. The same as extra characters or props.
All applies to animation commissions as well. All animation commissions will start off with three key frames.
(If you want a sketch animation with a extra key frame + a background, it’ll be $55 total.)
