So here's a new model reference on the ninth incarnation of the Doctor in Mr. Men form. Only have a few incarnations left and hoping to get them done before the end of the year if possible. If not, oh well. 
After the Time War, the Doctor regenerated was given guilt about what happened in the war (we later find out that's not the case, but that's another story) and traveled to Earth when he met Rose Tyler where he later became a better person afterwards.
He was actually one of the first incarnations of the Doctor I drew in Mr. Men form when I first joined here, and I thought it was a good time to revamp him. His body was a modified shape of Mr. Stubborn's as I thought it fits him well. I made him mostly tones of gray as it reflects his bitterness after the effects of the Time War. The only change I did with him was that I gave him ears, as he did joked about them a few times.
