So I decided to do a fanart piece on this show I used to remember called "Bear in the Big Blue House". I think I first saw a glimpse of the show back as a young kid when it first came out (or at least the first few months it came out). but I never saw a whole episode until my parents bought some of the tapes later down the road and loved it since. I decided to draw Tutter as his voice was too funny. Plus because of the recent memes.
