Prehistoric Planet (highly recommend if you have Apple TV) has me re-connecting with my Dino Nerd roots, so here's some more Alternative Peregrines (Utahraptor and Quetzalcoatlus). The ear tufts on the raptor work like an owls, while on the pterosaur they're solely decorative.Btw these aren't supposed to be the same size as each other, I just sized them to take up all the space on the canvas. Utahraptor is 7ft tall while Quetzalcoatlus is around 20ft.
I should draw more pterosaurs. They're pretty cool. It took me like 45 minutes to sketch the raptor and 10 to sketch the pterosaur.
