Behold, the closest thing to an 'antagonist' for my fanstory. He's a just toxic family member though, not a cackling supervillain. Fun fact: He was originally a female named 'Armelle', and I guess his name is a result of mashing 'Caramel' and 'Armin' (from Attack On Titan) lol.

Family: Steele x Isa [parents]; Maddox, Mica/Mexi, Gunnar, Cinnamon [siblings]

Occupation: Sled dog

Theme song: " Smarty" - Lana Del Rey

Appearance: A coppery reddish-brown pelt with some darker brown patches over his eyes, back and the end of his tail. Dark brown ears. Brown nose with blue eyes, and a cream colored underbelly. Brown 'lipstick', similar to Isa.

Personality: Manipulative, cunning, resourceful, intelligent and prideful. Loves his parents, though his admiration for his father bordered on 'worship' when he was a puppy. He does 'care' about his siblings, in a way, but never shows it. He also likes to screw with their emotions though, which makes him look heartless, but he doesn't mind that. He's especially harsh on Cin. She hates his guts now and they frequently butt heads, neither willing to compromise. Armel has also been involved in some 'dark dealings' in the shadier parts of town, but does a good job of keeping it hushed. He's unbothered by his 'toxic' reputation, if anything it's given him more power and girls. Fire-Demon is the only one to reject him and he holds a grudge against her for it.

Story: The fourth born from Isa's litter. Like his brothers, Armel spent most of his younger months doing his best to impress his father and try to live up to the former-champ's expectations. Armel trained smarter and harder and was able to keep up with them even if he lacked their size and bulk. Mica did her best to train and keep up with the boys, but Steele didn't care about his daughters; pouring all his energy into living vicariously though his sons.

Cinnamon, the runt, turned out looking rather wolf-like. Steele wasn't pleased and cruelly mocked her for it. The boys followed his example and started bullying her as well, the term 'wolf-face' was a favorite insult. Armel was especially cruel; some days he would pretend to empathize with her, then pull a 180 and revert back to bullying her. He pretty much switched sides and gaslit her whenever it was convenient for him. He was both her closest confidant and her worst enemy. She eventually wisened up and started avoiding him. This was the wrong move, because now all three brothers and Steele teamed up against her. This culminated with Steele going overboard and biting Cinnamon on the back. She cried loud enough to get the musher's attention and was quickly snatched up into his arms.

Steele was temporarily put on a muzzle and tied up in the shed. Isa was also fed up of his abuse; she grabbed the girls and walked out on him. It hurt her to leave her sons behind, but she couldn't tolerate what Steele was putting their daughters through.

Despite the chaos, all five puppies were adopted. Maddox was kept by Steele's musher, which Gunnar and Armel hated. But maybe this was better for Armel, as the new home and environment exposed him to a whole world outside of his family drama. He still worked the same sled and racing teams as his brothers, which allowed him to stay in contact with Steele. They would run into Mica (now called 'Mexi') every now and then as she was a sled dog too. Cinnamon had grown into a bitter soul, earning the reputation as Nome's 'Ice Princess'. Isa would forever remain the loving and supportive mother, but even she kept her distance because of Steele.

Like his brothers, Armel became very popular and enjoyed all the advantages that came with it. Overtime he built a wide network of friends and friends-with-benefits that gave him all the gossip he needed. Any enemies he had were outnumbered and intimidated by his network, which he now ran like a mob. Someone called 'Scythe' used to be the Master of the Streets and had it out for him; but the stunt that the mutt pulled to get back at Armel was laughable. The old mutt seriously made an attempt at seducing Cinnamon... and failed pathetically. Armel's company nearly died from the hilarity of it. Nobody seduced the 'Ice Princess'.

Steele settled with a new female for a time, long enough to have pups with her. And the sight of his scrawny half-siblings was the first time Armel ever raised a brow at his father. The idea that he replaced Isa so easily didn't sit right with the younger male. Would Steele 'replace' his sons just as easily? The thought struck a nerve and lived rent-free in his head. His idol worship for Steele finally started to wane.

Armel wasn't pleased when his mother found a new mate either, but it turned out that he and this 'Lucan' fellow coincidentally shared many mutual friends. Thankfully the union did not result in anymore half-siblings. He wasn't ready for more of... those.
