I'll be amazed if this wasn't inspired by Geiger!
Very dark and mysterious.

this shows a very stunning use of charcoal and pencil. amazing. this has a great flare and style that i'm sure you have been told resembles HR Giger's work. Giger sure has a lock on this style of art. no one can do anything it seems like this without being told a million times that it looks like a Giger painting. i'm sure you are tired of hearing that and if you aren't, you probably will be.
i will not say this reminds me of a Giger painting. you have added something of your own to this *now* traditional style. this is beautiful. great work!!

*doubled takes*, my jaw did literally just drop. That's charcoal? damn...I didn't realize till just right now, how much I suck at drawing.
This is like, h.r. giger type of godly work. Other then that...I'm friggin speechless...for real.

i am quite suprised to see this hasnt been swamped with comments so this is why i thought id write something also..this wrk is great, the attentiont to detail is fantastic and the mediums used have been exploited well. the colour scheme (or possibly lack of) greatly enhances the mood of the work, and reflects a cold engineered and metallic setting which the picture is set. the tone is rendered well and varied giving the picture a nice heirarchy an focal points.
i think that traditional art doesnt get enough of a mention quite often and goes negectled by many in the favour of digital art, dont get me wrong, i love both but you dont seem to see enough of the traditional 'raw work'. to tell the truth, i almost thought this work digitally render because the mediums were used so well lol.
great work, to summarize what has been a long comment. i will visit your gallery now, thanks

hmm especially like the eye and ear. nice incorporating/blending ways of doing things. sure this makes little sense. could use some sharpening i suppose, since real life must o been so? still real nice, belivable texture, all organicaness and parts look 'right'

jesus... the amount of detail and effort put into this... this is simply insane. youve really created quite the beautifull image here.
the simplicity of the color i think really helps. having anymore would have ruined it. a very beautifull piece n_n
