He would be transexual but all ghost in undertake use they/them pronouns . He later changed his prounouns to he when he got a robot body. So he wouldn't be a girl even as a ghost

I just thought that the ghost is a girl, but sexually identifies as a Male. The robot is just a way for her to be who she truly feels she is. Eh, that's my headcanon anyway.
