Eki (almost one year old) + her two plushie crocs.In response to ...
"She so loved them. Had them since she was a kitten. When they fell apart a couple of years after these photos were taken (from the many washings), we bought her a few other types of plushies (this design was no longer available) but she rejected every one. You can imagine how frantic we were."

I know, right? I don't have photographic skills nor good equipment, and I am very used to getting declined by groups that have set standards for photographic quality ... over-exposed, too much noise, out-of-focus, grainy, flash-eye, etc. But "you can't really see if its a tabby" must be one of the two most strange reasons! (The other being you can't reallysee if its a kitten!!! Seriously, that was the reason given by another group on one of my submissions!)

Same here they make great snuggle bugs on a cold winter night...though odd enough they do have the ability to hog the bed and blankets
