Description
An unidentified serial killer who was also known as the white-chapel murderer or the “leather apron.” The killer had a fascination with female prostitutes, and often slit their victims throats prior to disemboweling them, with the removal of organs leading to the idea that the killer had some surgical knowledge.

She murders without mercy and kills both average woman and magi alike, carving their corpses apart with expert precision and skill. She looms in the fog of the midnight hour, luring her victims into the fog in order to kill them with little resistance.

Sometimes she wears a leather bag over her head to hide her features and intimidate her victims before killing them. WHY she does all this however, is a mystery as great as her identity.
