The Animalizer is a DNA Mutator Ray that was invented by the scientists of The Chimerian 8, the functions are which where used to extract Blood DNA animals and insert their DNA into Microchip Tags which was used to shoot onto the target and slowly mutates the target into a half human and half animal like-beasts.
