Here is the artwork i did of the main antagonist of the series.Dr. Manford E. Cairn, an evil mad scientist who is known to be a biogeneticist who was known to front his experiments after founding CynoCorp, he's obsession is to create sapient beings through genetic manipulation, and has hired his henchmen to kidnap stray animals and pets from the streets and owners to be experimented on, and after the lab explosion which resulted scarring his face in the process, and plans on revenge on street dog for ruining his plans.
