Not entirely sure which building this is, but the mosaic in the bottom corner is famous. It's made of Meissen Porcelain, which Dresden is known for. The whole mosaic is a hundred meters long (I think) and depicts all the Prussian rulers. This photo, however, is just to get a nice shot of the sky, as this was probably the clearest it was all day and the skyline was very nice.Enjoy!
