Description
This is the fence surrounding the old hotel across the road from die Zwinger. I don't know about you, but the protruding coils had me scratching my head. They only pop out about ten or twelve centimeters (fifteen at the most) and are mounted too high up to be a deterrent for anyone on horse back, so I ask: why the hell?

But then again, the artist in me found them cool, so I took a picture. Enjoy.
