I'm sure we are all aware by now of my new obsession with old German doors, windows and gates. This gate was no exception. And finally! I got a chance to be artsy! Yay!And, just like I saw in Dresden, there's another one of those sticking out barbs that's too high to spear anyone. At least this one is obviously decorative; lilies were big in South Germany, usually coupled together with Saints or religious figures.
